As a serial entrepreneur, Vig Sherrill has led a number of successful technology companies. Most recently, Sherrill co-founded Aldis In 2006 – an international transportation Technology Company that now has over 3,000 traffic control systems in over 26 countries. Prior to that he served as President of Flextronics Semiconductor, a subsidiary of the publicly traded Flextronics (NASDAQ:FLEX). In 1994 he co-founded and served as CEO of ASIC International, an ASIC design company based in Oak Ridge, Tenn., which was acquired by Flextronics. Sherrill also co-founded Trade Winds, a near field communications company, which was acquired by Sirit (TSX: SI). He founded Audio Animation that processed over half of all the digital music in America before it went public in 1993. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University, with a focus on digital signal processing.
